I had an unfortunate incident with my 2025 CT5 Blackwing. Hit a large rock that was in the middle of the road. It went down the right side of vehicle. Missed the center line, and the tires and wheels. Still it caused a lot of damage and required lots of major parts and labor. Fast & easy purchase
The staff was great and quick to assist. However I scheduled a 11:45 appointment and the vehicle wasn’t taken back for an hour and a half so don’t end up leaving the dealership until about 2:30 PM.

Eris was super helpful and informative when it came to the purchase of My BMW. The video she sent me was as good as seen it in person. This is the. first time buying site unseen, but she made the process easy and even delivered the car to a closer location for me which made me feel valued as a customer!
Always a very pleasant service depart with curtesy and patience. Carlos is and excellent greater and explains everything detail about what is going to happen. Only downside to dealership like all is the price on cost of labor.

The service manager kept me well informed during the whole time that my Escalade was in the garage.
I went in for an oil change on my Escalade. Right after which I had oil dripping onto my garage floor. Brought it back a few days later and despite being told it's an old/existing leak (which didn't come up with their multi-point inspection during the oil change), it turns out the mechanic made a mess with spilling oil. No apology or any offer of perhaps a future service discount for the inconvenience of having to take off from work early and spend a total of 3 additional hours for this mistake. The buying process was ridiculously protracted. We were the only customers in the place yet we had to wait for several sales pitches for stuff. The onstar push was unwelcome and we gave in just to get out of there.
